For more than fifteen years, I have researched my own family history as a hobbyist. Since 2017, I have worked to further my genealogy education and add new skills and techniques, researching my own family and those of others using genetic as well as "traditional" genealogical evidence. I have used sources from across the United States, mostly in the Mid-Atlantic region (DE, PA, NJ, NY), as well as from other countries including Ireland and France.

I spent more than fifteen years training and working in academic research labs, studying evolutionary genetics and genetics of human disease. I have built upon this background with additional training and experience in genealogy. I enjoy working on genetic genealogy and family history research, taking careful, methodical, and thorough approaches to investigate genealogical questions.
