I am Andie DuClos. I’ve been a professional genealogist since 2017. Continuing education keeps my skills current in the field of genealogy. My favorite research involves connecting people through DNA, Norwegian, LDS, and/or USA records

• numerous genealogical institutes increasing my knowledge in DNA, forensics, advanced research/writing techniques, land records, Scandinavia, and Ireland, and other regions
Experience
• The International Commission for the Accreditation of Professional Genealogists® executive secretary for 5 years
• identifying unknown parents and making family connections using DNA & research
• leading a Family Locket DNA group for the Research Like a Pro® with DNA e-course
• teaching community genealogy courses for many years
• presentations on basic USA/Norway research techniques
• working with the Family History FamilySearch Records Division managing/writing new collection articles
