I was born and raised in Santa Monica, California and currently live in Westlake Village, California. I became interested in genealogy in 1988 when traveling with my cousin to the location of my paternal roots, the Isle of Wight, off the southern coast of England. I am a long time DNA researcher for adoptees and currently speak for various organizations . I am currently the historian and the scholarship coordinator for the Aquila Chase Chapter of the Colonial Dames, and on the Board of the Conejo Valley Colony of the Descendants of the Mayflower.
