Laura Sandidge, Ph.D.

ProGen Member Overview

As a life long learner I enjoy learning, writing, and teaching. I have worked extensively with DNA and genetic research to solve brick walls. While some have come tumbling down, others remain. Consequently, I continue to learn, write about what I have learned, and share that learning with others. I enjoy collaboration and working on projects with my peers.

Education

I have a B.A. in History and education, and a Ph.D. in Special Education with a cognate in Administration. I am a lifelong learner that enjoys learning and putting that learning into practice.
Since 2016 I have attended GenFed as well as 25 genealogical institutes and multiple conferences, all were wonderful learning experiences. I have benefited from multiple study groups, including GenProof 75. I am a graduate of ProGen's Practicum 03.

Experience

Coming from an education and business background I have experience in research, writing, and the education of adult learners.
