I've been researching my own family for over 30 years and plan to focus on genealogy in retirement (2025!), perhaps professionally if I can find a part-time gig. My research areas are Cuyahoga County and Ottawa County, Ohio; Saratoga County, New York; Isle of Man (Peel), Germany (Sommerda), Netherlands (Zeeland), and Ireland (still looking for my O'Brien's). I live in central Illinois.
